Animals may be reserved with a 25% deposit. The first 25% of ANY deposit is NON REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE as a store credit, unless we are unable to provide the animal.
Live arrival, good health and eating specimens are guaranteed EXCEPT for acts of Nature or carrier delays. File all claims caused by carrier delays with the carrier. Seller will take ALL possible precautions when shipping to assure live arrival. However, buyer assumes complete responsibility when choosing shipping method and when shipping during inclimate weather.
We assure that the animal ordered is properly sexed and in good health. Any claims must be filed within 8 hours of arrival.
We will not ship if the temps are over 90 degrees F (daytime high) or under 40 degrees F (nightime low). Store credit is issued for animals that are improperly sexed, die or arrive in poor conditon unless the fault lies with the carrier. Carrier claims should be filed with the carrier directly.

Call ahead for a return authorization (RA) number. Products broken in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. File all claims caused by carrier delays with the carrier.
Payments
All orders are paid in advance BEFORE shipping. A PayPal transfer is our preferred method of payment however, we do accept all major credit cards as well as cashiers check, wire transfer, or money order. Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery from the date that payment is cleared.
Exports
Minimum export order is $500.00.

Discounts
A 10% discount is offered on advance orders of certain animals with a deposit of 50% or more.
